| Tudo bem? is more casual, and you can take it as a rhetorical question. |
| So if someon asks you, tudo bem? You usually answer tudo bem. |
| Tudo bem literally means “all good” so if someon asks you, tudo bem? “All good?”, and you answer tudo bem, “all good.” |
| If you ask Como você está?, you're really interested to know how that person is doing. |
